Throwback to fun weather when I first started to take exercise and nutrition a little more serious than I ever have before. This picture was taken first week of July last summer and I plan to improve each year. ⁣ ⁣ Everyone has their own reasons for why they workout and that’s all the motivation you need to reach whatever your goal is whether it is fitness related or not. Just make sure that reason means something to you. In my opinion I feel that your “why” is going to push you to do things that will only yield you to the results you seek. Hoping these next few months go by fast 🙏🏾
